Information submitted through the website

Driver applications, freight quote requests, and load-status requests submitted through this website are stored in Shaheen Transport’s secured Cloudflare database. Optional freight documents are stored only when the approved Cloudflare document-storage binding is enabled.

How we use submitted information

Information may be used to review driver interest, respond to freight requests, provide shipment updates, send requested communications, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.

Website and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, application programming interface, database, and optional document storage used by the portal. Authorized Shaheen Transport administrators can access submitted records through the protected staff portal. Additional providers may be used only when configured for a specific service and disclosed as appropriate.

Shipment tracking information

The public tracking integration is not active yet. When enabled, it should show customer-facing milestones only and must not expose driver contact information, freight rates, internal notes, documents, or sensitive customer information.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, medical records beyond standard driver qualification information, or unrequested identity documents through a public form. Shaheen Transport will provide an approved secure method when additional documents are required.

Retention, correction, and deletion requests

Records may be retained for recruiting, customer service, operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request a correction or deletion, although some records may need to be retained when required by law or business obligations.
